Warranty service
To avoid any potential misunderstanding, we’re providing the following information.
In BITSET d.o.o. the service is at the top of priorities.
We guarantee the highest quality of warranty and out of warranty maintenance of the products in our sales program through our long-standing, trusted partners. We are engaged to perform all warranty services in legally binding periods, even if the official service is not able to solve the problem. Our partner’s buyer is our biggest treasure and that is the basis of the way we treat all the challenges, connected to servicing.
Take notice that warranty period for brands are not the same everywhere and last from one year (12 months) to five years (60 months).
When making a warranty claim, you need to provide the service department with the following documents:
1. Correctly filled-out warranty certificate (date of sale and seller’s stamp),
2. Description of defect,
3. Original invoice.
Faulty equipment with documentation can be sent directly to our address or you can deliver it personally. If the equipment does not have the necessary documents, we reserve the right to return unserviced equipment back to sender on their expense.

Receiving and issuing items Monday to Friday: from 8 am to 4 pm.
Saturday and Sunday: closed.
