Price lists offer the basic information to our partners about our offer, prices and basic specification of merchandise. Pricer are in EUR. We reserve the right to change the prices without prior notice. Special offers are valid while stocks lasts! Errors may occur! The price lists are sent via e-mail in the Microsoft Excel format, and are also available on the web site, accessible with a password.
WEB PAGE and B2B
Through our web site www.bitset.si we offer our contractual partners access to price lists, specification and stock of your sales programs. The access is possible with a password and our B2B portal. The B2B portal enables partners to order products, make reservations, check stock and current prices, and review data on their undelivered orders. Forwarding passwords to non-contractual partners can lead to cancellation of contract and the cooperation between the client and BITSET company.
The estimate is sent in accordance to client’s wishes via e-mail or regular mail. The offer is valid for 48 hours. The partner can reserve the items with the commercialist or via B2B – the reservation is valid for maximum of 48 hours. If the buyer does not confirm the order, the reservation is automatically deleted after two days. We take orders that refer to our offer via e-mail, regular mail or through the B2B web store.
DELIVERY OF GOODS
When the goods are issued, we issue a delivery form. The buyer confirms the receipt of goods by signing the delivery form. For orders with valie ofer 250 EUR +VAT we organize the delivery at our cost through delivery service of Pošta Slovenije or our own courier service. For orders of lower value, the goods can be collected at our warehouse or sent at the cost of buyer with delivery service of buyer’s choice. The delivery service can collect the goods every day until 3 pm. Warehouse working hours are from Monday to Friday from 8 am to 4 pm. In case of delivery by delivery service, the buyer confirms delivery of goods, stated on the delivery form by signing the included delivery form. Complaints about delivered equipment must be made via e-mail in maximum of 8 (eight) days from the date on the delivery form.
TERMS OF PAYMENT
If the customer does not have deferment of payment, the goods must be paid on estimate at least 1 (one) working day before delivery. The invoice is issued at the same time as the order form and is sent the next day via mail or in digital form. Payment period is valid until the agreed-upon limit. In case the buyer exceeds the limit, he is obligated to pay the overdraft in order to obtain deferment of payment. Deferment of payment is set according to realized annual turnover in the past year, the plan for the current year, trial period, size of order or prior arrangement based on importance of the order. In certain programs it is possible to gain firther discount for payment up front.
PAYMENT INSURANCE AND DEFAULT INTEREST
In case of deferred payment the buyer will provide a bianco bill of exchange, backed by the owner of the firm, director or a bank by a appropriate bill statement, submitted by BITSET, before the beginning of the implementation of the contract. If the buyer pays in advance, the bill of exchange is not necessary. In case of late payment, we reserve the right to charge legal interest. Delivered equipment remains the property of BITSET d.o.o. until final payment (including potential interest and cost).
The process can be executed if all the following conditions are met:
The product must be returned in its original packaging, without damage, scratches or dents, with all the equipment that was included at the time it was bought. When returning a device it is compulsory to include the proof of purchase (invoice) and return of product (record). Time in which the buyer can report a fault, scratch or dent on a laptop computer is 3 days from the date of receipt. After three days the buyer confirms that the laptop computer from a new-regular and renew-refurbish program does not have any physical faults visible scratches or dents. The purchase price will not be refunded in full if the product is not returned in the condition in which it was on receipt.
Before returning a products you have to inform us, so we can order the courier services of Pošta Slovenije, who will collect the product at a requested location.
